THE City Environment and Natural Resources Office (Cenro) will start monitoring business establishments in the city today, Thursday, in compliance with the total ban on the use of plastic bags and polysterene foam or styrofoam as beverage and food containers.
Cenro chief Joseph Dominic Felizarta said four teams will be deployed to roam in malls, restaurants and local plastic manufacturers.
