“Federal Environment Minister Tony Burke says he will consult with the states to bring in a national container deposit scheme (CDS). Burke says he needs to get the green light from state ministers.”
We wonder how this will go. The Federal minister is with the Labour party and the key states recently changed to Liberal who oppose any and everthing the Labour party proposes due to partisan politics, not what is best for the country.
