First it was plastic straws and now its balloons.
“A lot of the young animals who don’t really know what prey is supposed to look like will ingest balloons,” said C.R.OW. Medical and Research Director Dr. Heather Barron. “They have the string you know that was on the balloon and that can cause construction injuries those animals get caught up in them.”
